It happens, you’re ready to play and you encounter issues with your game. It can be frustrating, but you can try the following steps to help resolve the issue.
Reboot / Restart
We know, everyone asks, have you turned it off and back on again. We also know that hard resetting your system can resolve many common issues.
PC: Click start, power and then shut down.
Update your system's operating system and your graphic card drivers.
Has it been a while since you updated your operating system and graphic / video drivers? Check that your system has the most recent operating system installed.

Reboot your Modem / Router
Your internet connection may be the cause of your issue. Rebooting your modem and router may help.
Check your Cables
Over time cables and connections can come loose and cause trouble. Take a moment and check that all your connections and ensure they are firmly seated.
Keep it cool
Computers can get hot when we use them. Make sure your system is in a well ventilated area and free from obstructions.
